Recipes that use the preservative-free, all natural,
soft and chewy granola from Chuck and James. Enjoy.

2 Cups (8 oz.)
Chuck & James Soft & Chewy Granola (Almond Cranberry Granola)
Buy Now
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
2 Tsp. Rounded of Baking Powder
1/3 Cup Skim Milk
1-1/2 Tbsp. Oil
2 Eggs
1/4 Cup Warm Honey
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Line 12 medium muffin cups with baking cups
or spray bottoms only with non-stick cooking spray. Combine dry ingredients
and mix well. Add milk, eggs, honey and oil. Mix dry ingredients till
moistened. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake 10-15 minutes.

Combine:
4 Tbls. Oil
1 1/2 Tbls. Honey
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Hot Water
1 Cup Chuck
and James Soft & Chewy Pecan Blueberry Granola- Buy Now
Mix together and when lukewarm add 2 pkg of dry active yeast. Stir to
dissolve.
Add to liquid mixture above;
3 cups flour & mix well.
Turn onto floured board and knead until smooth. Place in oiled bowl
and cover with plastic wrap. When dough has risen, knead again and let
rise.
After dough has risen the second time, shape
into approximately 12 doughnuts. Place on lightly greased baking sheet
and bake 15 min. at 400 degrees. Lower temperature to 350 and bake 15
minutes more

Mix
4 apples, sliced or cubed
3/4 cup sugar or 1/3 cup honey
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cook, stirring often until apples are barely
tender. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with 1/4 cup of water. Add to apple
mixture; stir until lightly thickened.
Add 1 cup Chuck
& James Pine Nut Cranberry Soft and Chewy Granola with 1 tablespoon
butter. Mix well.
Pour into lightly buttered 8 or 9 inch square
baking pan. Sprinkle with
topping and bake until topping is light brown in 350 degree oven.
TOPPING
1 cup granola
1/2 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup softened butter or margarine
Mix well until finely crumbled.

Beat 3 eggs and add:
3/4 Tsp. Vanilla
1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
1/3 Cup Peanut Butter
1/3 Tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
Mix well into beaten eggs & add:
2 Cups (8 oz. ) Chuck
& James Soft & Chewy Granola (Pistachio Cherry)- Buy Now
1/4 Cup Toasted Sunflower Seeds
1/3 Cup Sesame Seeds
1/3 Cup Walnuts
Almonds or Peanuts (chopped)
Let mixture stand 15 minutes.
Preheatoven to 350 degreees. Pour into well-oiled 9 in. square pan.
Press mixture into pan and smooth top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30
minutes or until lightly browned and firm.
Cut into 1 x 2" bars while still hot. Remove from pan by loosening
edges with spatula or knife.
Cool and store in airtight container.

2 C WATER
1/4 CUP Butter or Margarine
1/4 CUP Molasses
1CUP Orange Marmalade
2 CUP Chuck
and James Plain Granola- Buy Now
Put in sauce pan over low heat until very warm.
When lukewarm, add 2 packages of dry active yeast. stir to disolve
In large bowl, stir together with the above;
1 cup whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup wheat gern, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 cup
all-purpose flour. Beat at medium speed, scraping sides of bowl occasionally,
approximately 3 minutes. Stir in by hand, 1 to 1 1/2 flour to make dough
moderately stiff. Turn onto floured board and knead, adding more flour
as needed, 8 min. or until smooth and elastic. Put in oiled bowl and
turn to oil top. Cover and let rise in warm place for 1 hour or until
doubled in bulk. Set loaf pan on its end. Punch down the dough and pinch
off pieces the size of an egg, shape into an oval about 1/2" thick,
flatten slightly and place in pan, layering the pieces on top of one
another, until pan is full. Cove and let rise 1 1/2 ours or until doubled
in bulk. Bake at 375* degrees in preheated oven for 40 minutes. Cool
on wire racks.
Makes 2 loaves. This recipe is tested at 5000ft.

Creme together:
1-1/4 Cup Margarine
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Egg, 1 Tsp. Vanilla
1-1/2 Cups All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
Mix together and add to creme mixture:
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/4 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Oatmeal
2 Cups (8 oz. )
Chuck & James Soft & Chewy Granola (Walnut Raisin)- Buy Now
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Drop by teaspoon onto ungreased cookiesheet.
Cook 12-15 minutes.
